RETURNING PURCHASED ITEMS. Friends of FSH Research accepts returns of any unopened items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise for a full refund. After such time, all sales are considered final.  Return shipping costs will also be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit and processing time. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site.
